The Language Exchange Program is a free service provided by the Office of Academic Affairs to encourage individuals who wish to practice and improve their Mandarin (Chinese) speaking skills. Participants are benefited from sharing cultures and making connections.
Taipei Tech Language Exchange Program
Am I qualified?
If you are an enrolled NTUT international/exchange student who wants to get more day-to-day Mandarin (Chinese) spoken practices, you are the perfect one to join this program.
*A language exchange group requires ONLY 5 student members and 1 instructor.

You will also need an instructor who is a full-time or adjunct professor from NTUT in your group;
This program also provides you to invite experts from specific fields. (related proof should be provided and extra application are required)
*Each group should select both Mandarin (Chinese) and then your language (nationality isn’t limited), e.g., Spanish can be conducted by locals who are from Colombia or Spain.
How does it work?
4 - 12 Topics
Each group must have at least one topic to discuss by using Mandarin (Chinese) and your language every time. The same topic is not allowed to be discussed more than 3 times.
9 meetings
Scheduling 9 meetings (at least one hour on different dates) for chatting, hanging out, and practising languages during Fall semester 2021.

Learning diary
In order to file the reimbursement for this program, you will need to provide photos, learning diaries and receipts every month.
